How to use

Apply to the soil of our plants, taking care not to wet their leaves. It is applied undiluted for better effectiveness, if you want to do it, mix it with an equal part of water. Choose a day in the morning or at sunset to do it. If you have leftover coffee grounds, spread it on the ground, mixing it with the soil on the surface, it is great for keeping snails and slugs away from our plants.
Contribution of rice water
Rice water is a good complement to our homemade fertilizer because it is an ideal energizer for plants . Also the presence of Vitamins B and E, its mineral and protein content will serve to strengthen the roots. Starch is the main energy and carbon reserve of plants. Plants generally obtain it naturally, but when they fall, our preparation will give them that extra energy necessary to recover quickly and effectively.
Contribution of coffee
Coffee provides a good amount of vitamins, minerals and nutrients necessary for the good growth of our plants. This liquid is a natural fertilizer that we have at our fingertips, it will not cost us anything since we can use the lees that we would usually throw in the trash. In addition to fertilizer, worms love coffee, in this way they will oxygenate our soil, directly impacting the health of our plants. We must do it consciously since a large amount of coffee could give us the opposite effect, acidifying our soil too much.
Bonus with eggshells
Eggshells are another of the ingredients that are often used to improve the appearance of our plants; they are a rich source of calcium . Crush 6 eggshells from happy chickens in a coffee grinder, make an infusion by adding them to 3 liters of water. You can add the eggshell water to our previous mixture of homemade fertilizer, providing more properties to our fertilizer.
